Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the sales team.
Customer Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Provide product information, pricing details, and other relevant information to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for customers and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a unified approach in achieving overall sales goals.
Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Craft persuasive and clear communication messages to engage prospects.
Teamwork and Independence:
Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to team goals.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Proactively seek opportunities for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft products is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in Inside Sales and Sales skills.
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and customer service.
