Job Description:

As an Ab Initio Developer at Virtusa, you will play a key role in the dynamic team, contributing to the success of our projects. Here's what the role entails:

• Graph Development: Utilize your skills in Ab Initio standard environment parameters, GDE, EME basics, SDLC, Data Analysis, Conduct IT plans, PDLs, Metaprogramming, and Continuous graphs.
  

• Source Systems and Targets: Work with at least 2-3 Source Systems, Multiple Targets, and perform simple business transformations with a focus on daily and monthly tasks.
  

• Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL, with expertise in DB Load/Unload Utilities, and relevant experience in Oracle (Preferred).

  • UNIX Shell Scripting knowledge.

  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Ab Initio Control Centre and Autosys.

  • Familiarity with the Banking Domain.
    

• Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in an Agile framework.

  • Hands-on experience using Agile development processes, e.g., JIRA.

  • Certification in Ab Initio.
