We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Pune. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our databases, ensuring their security, integrity, and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring their security, integrity, and optimal performance.

• Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies.

• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Create and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to design and optimize database structures and queries.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and trends.
  

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Database Administrator.

• Strong understanding of MySQL and familiarity with enterprise databases like MS SQL Server and Postgres.

• Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.

• Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.

• Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding.

• Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools.

• Familiarity with programming languages API.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
