Job Title:
Business Development Executive (Sales)

Responsibilities:
  1. Generating New Business:

    • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business for a diverse range of Digital Services.

    • Utilize effective lead generation strategies to expand the client base.

  2. Lead Generation and Proposal Drafting:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in lead generation techniques, including cold calling and other effective methods.

    • Draft compelling and customized proposals aligning with client needs.

  3. Client Interaction and Negotiation:

    • Engage in effective client interactions to understand their requirements and concerns.

    • Conduct negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

    • Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and address any concerns.

  4. Coordination with Technical Team:

    • Collaborate seamlessly with the technical team to ensure client expectations are met.

    • Facilitate communication between clients and the technical team for successful project implementation.

  5. Business Documentation:

    • Create comprehensive business proposals, presentations, slides, and other documents required to showcase services to potential clients.

  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

    • Collaborate with the tech team and management to ensure seamless project execution.

  7. Lead Tracking and Forecasting:

    • Efficiently generate and track leads using appropriate tools.

    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.

  8. Deadline Management:

    • Successfully handle the pressure of sales targets and work within tight deadlines.

    • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet business objectives.

  9. Problem Solving:

    • Analyze business challenges, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.

    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to addressing issues that may arise during the sales process.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of proven work experience in generating business in the international market.

  • Industry Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of selling Digital Services, with a preference for previous experience in RPA/ERP Sales.

  • Flexibility:

    • Openness to travel as needed to meet clients and business requirements.

  • Business Acumen:

    • Strong business sense and industry expertise to understand client needs and market trends.

  • Continuous Learning:

    • Commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of newer technologies and skills.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Must have expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
